Customer Service Store PoliciesRETURNS & DAMAGE CLAIMS: We stand behind the quality of our products and if you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return* it within 21 days of the receipt of the goods and we will refund, except shipping charges, (your credit card), replace or exchange the item(s) for you. We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, final-sale, or special-order items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Returns require prior approval and need to be authorized by us. You may email orders@mydivineshop.com or call 800-930-5456. Damage claims must be filed immediately with the delivering carrier. *Please return all goods with the tags if possible, and the returned goods must be new, unused and with original packaging and be in re-salable condition. We reserve the right to adjust the refund if the goods cannot be sold “as new” to another customer. Please include the original receipt of purchase, and the Quick & Easy Returns & Exchanges form.
